Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) are volunteer groups made up of patients, carers, and practice staff who work together to improve services and patient experience at GP practices.
They provide a platform for patients to share their experiences, make suggestions for improvements, and advocate for their needs. PPGs also support health promotion and encourage self-care.
Non-urgent advice: Get Involved!
If you would like to join your practice’s PPG, contact your GP practice directly and they will put you in touch with your local PPG.
