The South Hanbleton and Ryedale (SHaR) Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of seven GP practices serving over 36,000 residents in the rural area of the Vale of York:
As a PCN, we provide a framework and focus to support the sharing of skills, knowledge, good practice and communication across all the member practices. Additionally, the PCN collaborates with other organisations to enhance the overall health care services, connect patients with mental health and social care support, and enhance the patient experience through innovation and digital pathways. The PCN is led by the Clinical Director Dr. Will Robertson, the GP Leads from each surgery, and the PCN staff.
